Crystal Christianson, Owner/Stylist
​
Crystal Christianson has a passion for hair and for making her clients feel beautiful and pampered. Crystal started her career as a stylist in 1995 and has spent 16 years of her career in Minneapolis specializing in cutting & coloring, hair extensions, and smoothing treatments.
Crystal has been a valued international leader in some of the industry’s top product lines~ Brazilian Blowout, Aloxxi, and Unwash. She has traveled overseas to educate some of London’s finest stylists. Crystal is recognized by her peers as one of the best educators and trainers in the nation. Throughout the years, Crystal has showcased her work at various hair and fashion shows, including Glamorama and Voltage as well as on stage presentations and industry demonstrations across the United States.
Crystal now shares her passion with her clients at Studio C in Alexandria, MN. As owner and operator of Studio C Salon, Crystal focuses on creating a positive and encouraging environment for all.
Crystal resides in Alexandria with her husband Jason, and their two children.

Policies
Cancellation/No-Shows:

Crystal requires 24-hour notice for penalty free cancellation of appointments.
Clients can cancel appointments by using their app, by calling the salon, or by e-mail.
​
Crystal understands that sometimes you may forget your appointment. However, clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services.
​
No shows will results in a 50% charge of the service(s) that were scheduled.
​
Late Arrivals:
Crystal ask that clients call the salon and notify her if they will be late arriving for their scheduled appointment.
If Crystal has not been able to contact a client 15 minutes into their appointment, the client will be considered a "no show" and their spot may will reopened for other clients wanting to book.
Clients who arrive late for their appointments may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time. If this happens, the full cost of the service will still apply.

Cell Phones:
Please silence your cell phones prior to your hair appointment.
Child Safety Policy:
This salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Crystal is dedicated to providing each of her guests with the highest level of services possible. Crystal understands that your “me time” does not always align with your hair appointments; however, the policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children under the age of 12 in the salon.

Crystal kindly requests ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children, (12+) capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. This policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience and it was created with your child’s safety in mind.
